Samantha Starkey is the VP / Real Estate Services Director at CORE 3. Sam is currently also a broker at CORE 3.  During her time at Core 3 she has worked in several different capacities including Real Estate Services Manager, Property manager, Accounts Payable and as a Leasing Agent. While working as a leasing agent she was able to gain experience that has helped her immensely during her time as a property manager. Samantha loves when she is able to find the perfect home for her tenants, she thinks that is the most rewarding part of working in the property management industry.  

Samantha grew up in Hudson, IL but has been local to Bloomington-Normal her entire life. In her spare time she likes spending time with her family including her son Kellan. She loves taking trips to new places whenever she has the chance. On a Friday night you will likely see her out at a local football game with her fiancee.
