There’s so much to love about Halloween: costumes, carving pumpkins, telling ghost stories, scaring little kids and making them give you their candy (j/k)!! Here’s my top 5
This is one of my favorites, even as an adult. His friendly demeanor and mischief will get you in the spirit without all the gore. Plus, he’s such a cute little guy!
Played by Sissy Spacek. I have always liked this 70’s movie about a telekinetic girl who seeks revenge when she’s bullied on her prom night. Beware, this is pretty bloody and just might make you lose your milk duds!
OHHH this one definitely creeped me out! Very suspenseful! I couldn’t get the image of the masked killer out of my dreams for a week! YIKES!
Based on the book by R. L Stein, this kid friendly movie with Jack Black is always a classic.
This is a must see!! It stars Michael Keaton, Geena Davis, Alec Baldwin and Winona Ryder. Geena Davis plays Barbara Maitland who is married to Adam Maitland (played by Alec Baldwin). They get into a car accident but find themselves haunting their country home. When the unusual Deetzes (Catherine O'Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and goth-like teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. I could probably recite the whole movie but I will spare you! If you have not seen this one, watch it!
These are just a few, I could mention a lot more! Netflix is always a good go-to for Halloween movies to get you into the spirit! Do you dare to watch one alone?? Happy Halloween!!
