Maintenance requests can be made online or by phone, and you’ll appreciate the prompt, attentive service you’ll receive from Core 3 Property Management.
Please note that online maintenance requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on holidays. For after-hours emergencies, please call our office number, (309) 808-2125. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
