Title: Leasing Manager

Biography:

Eric Zeman oversees the daily operations involved with the leasing and management of the apartment and commercial units. With over fifteen years experience in property management, he has a vast knowledge in all areas of the business.

Nearly a lifelong resident of Bloomington/Normal, Eric is very familiar with the community. He believes that property management is not just about renting properties, it is also about the tenants. He does his very best to accomodate the needs of each resident, in order to ensure them the most comfortable stay with Central Illinois Properties.

Eric graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Business Management and he resides in Bloomington with his wife and three children.
